Cancelling your order
We start working on your artwork only after you place the order.
This is to make sure that your art is fresh. It is because of this that we cannot accept cancellations of your order.

But if you do decide to, contact us within 2 hours of your purchase, and we will cancel and refund the money back to you. (If you order outside business hours (11 a.m.–8 p.m.), do not worry - the 2 hours apply once business restarts again.)
Cause for return
As mentioned above, all the artwork goes into production once you place the order. A lot of care goes into making sure your order reaches you safely and securely. We also run personal quality tests on all the artwork before it leaves our Warehouse.
However, if for some reason your artwork reaches you damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take it from there.

Conditions for return
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product. All sales after the 48-hour window are passed are final
- For the exchange to be processed, the product must be returned unused and in the same condition you received it in
i) Please contact us via. email at with your order number and "Exchange/ Return" as your subject line
ii) Please mention the reasons for return or exchange
iii) Please include photos and video of the product in question 
On receiving your request, we will go through it, and if everything checks out, we will initiate a refund/exchange as per your requirements.


Please note that we will only accept returns on products that were damaged during shipment / has a defect / if you received the wrong product. Any returns because of damage done by the buyer cannot be issued.
We issue returns/ refunds only when,
- There is a Defect in the product
- Wrong item was sent to you by mistake
